Wyatt "Fuzzy" McBeth is and always has been a big nerd. A nerd about rockets. A nerd about food. I grew up watching nearly every member of my family work in home kitchens, restaurants, oilfield, or car sales.
Fresh out of high school and attending the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, I had to learn how to feed myself (and every friend or roommate that came through the door). The advent of YouTube chefs like FoodWishes and personalities like Alton Brown fueled my passion for cuisine. Living in Houston gave me an even deeper understanding and respect for culinary diversity.
Growing up an hour away in Hobbs gave me a profound respect for the area and endless support from my family has brought me back from Houston to make your day brighter with every bite.
